Privacy & trust
Privacy is a default, not a setting you have to find.
Trust is built into the architecture: private-by-default profiles, consent-gated communication, permissioned photo access, and verification — not bolted on afterward.
What we protect
- Profiles are private by default and only visible per your privacy settings.
- Photos are stored privately and require an explicit, revocable access grant — an introduction never grants photo access on its own.
- Family and wali members only see what their assigned permission level allows.
- Communication requires mutual, revocable consent before any conversation opens.
- Every introduction, consent change, and access grant is recorded in an audit trail.
- Reports and moderation actions are reviewed by admins under a documented playbook.
Verification
Identity and community verification are reviewed by admins or approved community verifiers — never self-approved. Community verification requires an approved organization and an approved verifier tied to that organization.
Data we do not collect
Product analytics track milestones like profile completion or introduction activity — never message content, private photos, or sensitive profile fields.
